Terms of Service

1. Services

Karma Movers LLC (“Karma Movers,” “we,” “us”) provides local moving, long-distance moving, packing, storage, piano moving, moving labor, and related services in Florida. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Karma Movers are based on the information you supply. Our pricing is based on a flat hourly rate per crew size. Final charges may vary if the scope of the move differs materially from what was described at the time of booking. We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional charges will be communicated before work begins.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Moves must be booked in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notice to the customer.

4. Liability and Insurance

Karma Movers carries full cargo and liability insurance on every move as required by Florida law and USDOT regulations. Our liability for damage is governed by applicable federal and state law for licensed movers. Customers with high-value items are encouraged to declare them in advance and purchase additional valuation coverage.

We are not liable for damage to items we were not permitted to wrap or pack, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by items packed by the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring parking and access at both origin and destination
• Disclosing all items that require special handling (pianos, safes, antiques, etc.) at booking
• Ensuring all items are ready to be moved at the agreed start time
• Securing pets and clearing pathways for crew safety

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid form of payment must be on file before the move begins.

7. Prohibited Items

Karma Movers will not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal substances, or items prohibited by federal or state law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed by contacting us directly. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Pinellas County.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
